Yeah the seat has to go, for some reason the factory Trek ones are terrible even though the bikes are awesome. I have a nicer cross country seat I'll put on soon.

A dog got into the neighbour's aviary last night and killed all his pigeons.
How horrible.

Today I learned that when you have a light story and introduce a dark moment all of a sudden, it's pretty much impossible to make it light again. It may sound obvious, but it's a very important thing to know for me, since I've spent six years starting out with light stories, having dark moments happen, and then watch the stories spiral into darkness and despair.

I keep reading how earthing is good for you. Never tried it.

I have to say I make fun of people I don't like all the time. Now that I know it can positively impact my mental health, I'll have to step up my game.

Also called grounding. To my understanding, it's when you stand barefoot or otherwise have bare skin (perhaps your arms and feet are bare, lying down) on the ground in dirt or grass. It allows your body to connect to the natural energy and electricity of the earth.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong. It's early.
