Do you get speeding tickets?

Hmmm... I think I’ve assembled that from a range of sources (mostly books, mostly not psychology), but the catalyst for it all coming together was my wife.
There was a whole period when she’d talk about a problem a friend was having, and I’d talk back about some historical event before I’d read enough philosophy to put the same-shape-notion into an abstract verbal form that was comprehensible (sometimes even useful! )

I’ve known two/three (a cousin who I only see at funerals and other such family distractions from my normal routine)

No driving license.
I did take lessons: I’m fast, nervous and not much good at keeping track of moving objects... so if I did I doubt speeding tickets would be the worst of it.

No, I rarely drive in the city anyway. Outside of the city, no, I rarely exceed 130km/hour (higher in some places)

Do you have/use a bike?

I have a bike, but haven't used it in years. Don't know if it even still fits me.

I've maybe had three speeding tickets in my life, driving since 1986.

I used to speed quite a bit. Then I didn't drive for four years because of my stroke. Now I drive much more carefully.

I have my nephew's bike here. I don't have enough balance to ride it now. I used to mountain bike years ago.

What is your battery % on your device right now?

Define "device" - I'm on a laptop right now, it's plugged in so 100%. I have a hate-hate relationship with smartphones so it's usually fully charged but god knows where.

I don’t have a bike: I did almost get one, but my wife knows three people who were brain damaged by being knocked off bikes and didn’t want me to take the risk.

Haha, I actually had a bit of fun with that, but they weren't a thing in my youth and I'm a bit too tall to actually seriously take to it. My son has one.

I had a wide, pink and purple one when I was about eight. I think I got it for Easter? I used it a couple of times.

Are you good at playing darts?

I can throw them so the point stays forwards now!

Can you drill a straight hole through wood?

Yep, I was actually a sharp-shooter during my military service. Saved me a lot of... unpleasantness. Strangely, I can be clumsy on occasion but have very good fine motor skills.

Karamazov: LOL yeah, I can, but it requires planning and concentration.

Did you ever shoot a gun?

Nope. Never touched one.

No, but my cousins in California / Oregon have guns locked in cabinets. They invited me to shoot.

Yeah, but don't like pointing them at living targets. I enjoyed the precision/focus side of it.

Do you get sucked up into something and "wake up" 8 hours later realising you're ravenous and badly need to pee?
