Hugs for the trauma of seeing what you saw. I know that feeling all too well. I shopped a bit today and had a premonition I'd bump into someone but thankfully I didn't. In the past I've been known to tuck and roll under clothing displays to avoid people.

What colour of lava lamp would you like?

cool colours - blue, violet, and maybe a small amount of green

Yes . however if labelled autism they inflate the price significantly . so there are good ones at toy shops.

Trampoline , slide, slinkies, special weird toys, tops, tunnels.. I had a tent but my elder broke it n bit the rods so hard that they couldn't be put back together... He also ruined many others the same way... Biting..

I have 2 scooters fr them that cost about 27 dollars each originally. One I got for half price. Online at the recommended shop for ASD equipment..Flaghouse... The price for those is in the hundreds.

LMAO Thank you for that video clip! That's me in an Ikea. They're like the vortex of hell for me because I can never find my way out and everything looks the same. If I see people I know in any shop, I'll literally hide between displays, if I can't tuck and roll.

I am in the process of looking for Chubuddies to bite on, as recommended by StarTrekker. I also need to make a blanket fort in my closet so I can hide with coloured light. I'm in the process of pulling out all the shoes and things from the bottom of my closet and figuring out how to reconfigure coloured / lava lamps. A tent would be stellar. Great idea.

I mostly stim by tickling with pieces of satin.

Once I was hiding from my two teachers Ms Saba and Ms Mona when I saw them at a home decor shop @mall.

My parents insisted that I go and say hello but I mustered enough ferocity that they didn't force me.

My dad kept trying to bribe me though... But at long last we saw them leave the mall.

It's so frustrating that anything made for autism is so damned expensive.

There is a time for washing dishes: after breakfast.
Everything can fester quite happily overnight

I only use one coffee mug (one coffee per day) and one teacup (only for tea), so they don't travel very far.

Water glasses can end up anywhere, though. I drink A LOT of water, especially now as it's all I'm drinking.

I used too: then I developed favouritism amongst my mugs.
Currently I have three: a small one for real coffee, a medium one for instant decaf (if you’re going to sin against taste do it with commitment!) and a large one for tea.

I just lost all the graphics and the font changed to Times New Roman: had to shutdown browser and reopen

Did you collect badges as a child?

I was in a Communist club when I was little. OK it wasn't really Communist but people called it that to tease me. It was a religious affiliation founded in Russia. I got a few badges to sew onto my sash. I remember one was called Ecology.
