A variation on Punjabi sweet lassi - plain whole milk yogurt (the cream-on-top kind, SaveALot *house brand*, affordable and incredibly good!) with whole milk buttermilk (from the same place) 50:50, blended, sweetened (brown sugar *rocks* in this), with cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg. You can also stir in fruit preserves - apricot or strawberry, heavenly.

I make mine in a mug. Amazingly thick, not too sweet, tart. Takes about two minutes. Spoon, pour, add sweetener and spices, stir, enjoy. Go make more. Feel really full :-)

So good if you've been on antibiotics: use kefir in place of buttermilk for more good bacteria.
