I decided to give up on the sleeping porch due to not getting any sleep out there last week. Here, in the small air-conditioned bedroom, I have just found a spot with a decent 4G signal, too. Maybe the iron bed acts as an antenna.

This morning I had a scary experience I could hear a neighbour screaming and yelling in her unit, there is something wrong with her as she always reckons people break into her unit and take her medication, nothing like that has ever happened here as its a nice quiet area, I did hear that her son is trying to get her to see a psychiatrist, but hearing her screaming like that scares me.

I COULD refinance my house so I can buy a new car, but I'm not so sure it's a financially wise thing to do

Would I have to get a valuation done on the house so I know how much I can borrow? Or would it be based on the price I paid 3 years ago?
