After now nearly five weeks on healthy and superhealthy diet, (out of an infection in my mouth), today my dentist gave me the the ok for most normal foods again.

That was a real tasty Double-Whopper with Chilli Cheese Nuggets. ^^

^ :D I do that too after sardines, even though I like them a lot.

I am eating a big bowl of delicious homemade vegetable beef soup, heavy on the vegetables, with just a few gnocchi in there for comfort and carbs.

I had a sort of porridge made of oats mixed with quinoa and some other grain, pepitas seeds, chocolate, and cinnamon, sweetened with date sugar. I do no recommend using date sugar.

The soup sounds rather good :)

Yes, I find as much as I enjoy some types of sardines a fair bit, that I have a hard time with the heavy fish smell staying on my breath... I generally have a low tolerance for the smell of my own breath since it's right under my nose I guess :?

A few hours ago I had a bowl of some leftover green curry soup (made with salmon, bell pepper and celery in it) and a bowl of white sticky rice for dipping in it. I made enough green curry for the next week I think :D

Corned Beef Hash from the can (no time for it from scratch)
Rice with ground beef
one bag of popcorn with several spices
all washed down with two liters of the Dollar General knock off of Mountain Dew.

"Pringles Newfangled potato chips. Unbroken, fresh and crunchy, too. The canister keeps them that way for you!"

Does anyone remember those old commercials?
