Rich Tea biscuits are best for dunking, as well as ginger snaps. Otherwise, for non-dunking should be milk chocolate digestives.

Indeed , but it's an extreme sport. A few milliseconds too long and disaster , if you get a floater you have to melt your fingertips trying to rescue it :twisted:

Digestives are even worse for that, with all the soggy biscuit you swallow at the end of the drink! RTs are so good though when you get it right. Great with hot chocolate too, hmm, now the weather calls for that or a mocha, with marshmallows and cream on top.
