Happy Birthday, Cockney Sweet Pea.

What sort of job, Longshot? I guess it wasn't such a "longshot" after all.....

Are you still studying at a college?

Congratulations on the new job. Are you a Federal employee, in the sense of being "civil service"?

Well, I'm working for a company that has contracts with all branches of the military; wherein, I guess, you could consider me a government contractual worker.

How long is your contract?

If you don't have a contract, but you have a probationary period, you probably are a Federal civil servant.

I hardly ever remember dreams, and I think that's probably a good thing, because I suspect they are all nightmares. Took a couple of unusual mid-day naps this week and wow, terrible nightmares in about 15 minutes. 8O

I'm really pleased for you :D My first job took me six years to get and even then someone got it for me but after that I haven't had problems getting jobs (I've had 26).
