If I had played my cards right, and didn't have sensitivity to extreme temperatures, I would be living in Omaha, NE right now.

I want to live somewhere cooler, but that would just be overdoing it.

today i learned that all members of the lily family are toxic to cats. like even if they smell the pollen its bad. as much as i want the cats in my yard to stop digging up my plants and crapping on them i dont think i want them dead this much. sigh. i wasnt that hot on lilies anyway.

Something is wrong with my foot. This can only be the start of chronic problems, like my mum has.

so im cooking lentil, coriander, lemon and garlic soup(lebanese dish) and my comrade walks in the door and to her partner she is like "oh my god that smells so good" and then she comes into the kitchen and hovers over my pot and looks like, i dunno, just happy at my food smell? it was flattering but i kinda burnt the garlic and coriander and the aftertaste makes it obvious. maybe i shoulda offered her some but i dont wanna offer people crap food. it was the most positive reaction i have had to my cooking though.

Needs a canoe to go...canoeing [and bowfishing] on the lake. Sure a relative has one to donate to the needy.

Then needs the ability to get said canoe to said lake (all of 3 kilometers away). More difficult.

Requires thought. Perhaps duct tape. Would be good if one has an inflatable one. Keep pointy end of arrow away from boat.... Don't like shore, as there's a possibility of standing within 50 meters of a person. Proximity far too close. No one can come and say anything if in middle of lake or hiding down a passage.

I feel young on this site but old on another site, based on the average age of members here and there.
