Today was so nice and watched two episodes of one of my faves, MI-5 and went for a walk outside.

Well, I was thinking more along the lines of breathing it in really deep. I guess you can't tell me how that feels.... I have heard that death by drowning is one of the most pleasant ways to die. I wonder if that is true.

Not sure about breathing in water, but I like swimming and do like trying to see how long I can hold my breath under water. Also I was on the swim team as a teenager and I still like swimming although do not get a chance very often. :nemo:

Eat just a third of what you "should" eat per day, or less, like me. I know, easy for me to say, but if you are determined, you can do it. The feeling of starvation is something you will get used to, rather quickly. After a while, the feeling is more of an annoyance than something that torments you. Just make sure to eat healthy and balanced, when you *do* eat. Also, if you start to feel slow in your thinking, you have been eating too little, and your brain isn't able to cope with the nutritional difference. If that happens, you should increase your nutritional intake, a bit. However, it is, at least usually, safe to cut the generally recommended nutritional intake in half. In fact, frequently starving oneself a bit has shown to have very clear health benefits.

Just remember that, since you are talking about a "pot belly", it isn't in fact a starvation belly.... that happens when you eat far too little, and the stomach starts to protrude, merely due to the lack of supporting muscles. Many anorectics end up thinking they are fat, due to this, when they really are the opposite to fat.

Also, I guess I should've pointed out that you can't really eat just a third of what generally is recommended, unless you don't move around much, at all.
