I face this crisis every day.

My comics from the 1970s would have me understand that we'd be seeing most if not all of those by now!

I'll have to book another 50 years!

In grade 4 or 5 we received books about what kids think would happen in the new millennium.

It had stuff by different classes and students in the country.

All of them were things that, even then, reading it over as a kid, I knew was likely the opposite of what would take place. World peace , no more wars, 'no more pollution', more forests, etc. Hopeful stuff.

The inventions some kids thought of were interesting though

I smell a soiled diaper. Autism Speaks is standing over there. No wonder this room smells.

Roomba technology is getting out of control.

Chickens are rude and unreasonable so that was redundant anyway. Although the battery hens get treated worse than prisoners of war of old. So they have reason to be rude to humans by default.

The word rude gives me reminders of that evil L and L clerk as he called me rude recently...

for me pointing out angrily that they shouldnt be charging me for their lying and unnecessary pedantry to give me file, and they did (wrongly --i had 2 accountants look at the bill and emails to confirm).

He wrote 'thank you for the unneccesary rudeness' while saying they would still charge me because it was 'work' ...

so i said 'im not sure how its rude to state that someone repeatedly lied at a professional level' as my whole point was that he was charging for something already stated by 3 different people which he knew of anyway and was pretending not to ..
It wasnt work because it was a basic obligation on their end which they were stubbornly denying.

and that the conversation was only prolonged because of them lying 3 times to my current L and then refusing to give me my file. Like 300 dollars that man charged me wrongly even though i let him go 1 year ago.

I should have pointed out that rude was his and her behaviour, as well, he had been not only rude, but cruel and dishonest misleading and insulting me to try and get me to extend the case to a level it did not need to go to.

NY resolution broken.

Oh and then he mailed me the refund cheque (1 year later) and stapled another bill onto it about that too..

which was petty, and patronizing, while mis stating the situation to make it look like he hadnt been a jerk and that i was just a moron who didnt know how billing works

My sons nicest PSW told me she agrees with Scientology on some things (out of nowhere as i wasnt talking about anything) but not which part. I really want to ask her what aspect. Alien ancestors, or what?

If I ask and she says something I find foolish or disagree with I won't be able to shut up and will likely say something that really CAN be construed as rudeness, in trying to discuss it...

My kid has been obsessed with washing machines for weeks now. Currently he is watching them on youtube this one is of someone putting lit fireworks in the washing machine


Washing machines seem to be an actual genre for hobbies, with washing machine enthusiasts
