Back from my doctor's - with vertigo pills, a doctor's note, and a sheet talking about what I got blood work for.

I think the people at the pharmacy must think I'm a druggie or a Hypochondriac because monthly I get new pills (often antibiotics) and (other than my asthma meds) hardly ever end up getting refills

If you ever see me running around in my underwear it is probably a Wednesday and I have just finished cutting up my weekly pineapple and am trying to spread the aroma around the house.

Heck yes! wouldn't want to be completely nude. I'm not that weird. In fact, tomorrow I am heading down to the store to get my pineapple...but fully clothed until I get home.

^Rub it everywhere - on the walls on the floor on the ceiling, on the doors and tables and windows. I don't know if it cleans as well as lemon juice but it sure smells better
