Motivated by the charitable acts performed by Darmok, I was just at a convenience store and rescued a large shortbread (gingerbread) man cookie with a broken leg.

I have lost three dress sizes and close to 30 pounds. I would post pics but my camera is being dumb.

Do you have any routine or tips of what you did?

I don't know that I want to lose weight as I feel like there's no point, but I want to know how an ASD person did it, before I think about it.

Hi! I eat a primarily plant based diet and eat meat only two to three times a week. I walk three or four laps a day and save eating sugar for very special occasions. That’s what works for me.
