I don't know that I want to lose weight as I feel like there's no point, but I want to know how an ASD person did it, before I think about it.
Hi! I eat a primarily plant based diet and eat meat only two to three times a week. I walk three or four laps a day and save eating sugar for very special occasions. That’s what works for me.
