The Yelling Woman is yelling again.

"Exactly! Exactly! That's what I said!"

I used to have a character when I was 12-13 years old: an Australopithecine who was named Oohkee Kenookee.

He used to go "Oogah Boogah." He used to go to the supermarket with a spear to "hunt" down canned foods LOL

I hope he discovered the bow and arrow eventually. He could attach a rope to his arrow so he could pull it back with the item attached and not just canned items.
He could be quicker and less conspicuous.

He could live in the rafters in the ceiling of the supermarket and use thw bow and arrow and 'fish' the item upwards to himself ..when nobody was in that aisle ..
without having to actually climb down all the time.

He would also then get any stray helium balloons that floated upwards to bring down to crying kids to comfort them before darting behind a stack of cereals, and climbing up again. He would be mythical.

LOL....Man did not even come up with the concept of the bow and arrow until about 35,000 years ago.

Yep. The supermarket bow and arrow person would be a nice mythical character, indeed.

*serious inquiries only*

PRESS RELEASE from the INTERNATIONAL PIE RESCUE ASSOCIATION: The IPRA is pleased to report that earlier today our quick response team was able to rescue a badly injured Lemon Meringue Pie that was headed toward complete abandonment. This once-beautiful pie had fallen on hard times, and had been humiliated and devalued by society (from $7.00 to $3.50). It has now been provided with a good home and will receive our advanced Appreciation Therapy to allow it to reach fulfillment. Your ongoing support, through donations of cash (small unmarked bills, please) and precious metals (gold preferred, silver acceptable) make our vital work possible — thank you!

I was quite hospitable to a lone cinnamon bun with cream cheese icing yesterday. I'm searching for any of his friends.

Must be sunset. The Navy base just played something that sounded a bit like taps.

Now entering the spooky woods...

Now out of the spooky woods. It's small woods.

I did actually take a picture of the mossy wooden walkway going in. It's too dark now to take any other pics of the spooky woods of Forgotten Creek.
