i think i've been pushing my body too hard. not sleeping as much and taking long walks means i'm tired lots. though some of it isn't my fault because i have trouble sleeping sometimes.

I am starting to have a scratchy throat and have eaten a few sore throat drops today. To keep colds at bay I usually exercise, eat right and try to get enough sleep. Now I need to eat more oranges and maybe some vitamins with extra vitamin C.
