OMG Thanks now I have the most apt word for myself! I just thought it meant a cranky person, which can often apply too.

That’s where cranky comes from!
Because folks who are wrapped up in their own thought process can be a touch grumpy when rudely interrupted by trivial nonsense like putting out the bins or planning a monthly budget.

not that I’m speaking from experience of being cranky myself, let that thought perish alone and unloved

Jezebel is the funniest-sounding word I have ever heard. The meaning is even funnier if you imagine it being put to use on someone.

I had the urge to say Jezebel! Randomly to my brothers in response during conversations but lucky for them I stopped doing it

He needs pie.

That settles it. I must go on a pie rescue mission this week. Not just for the pies, but for the starving cats as well.

I saw two large military cargo planes passing over today in formation. They were heading in the direction of Canada. I wonder what this means.

Jezebel has an indignation to it which is funnier

Hussy is more of a blatant insult
