I jst came back from a Chinese buffet. The food was the usual culprits - seafood combo, vegetable lo mein, sole, sashimi, etc.

Made some homemade vegetarian chili and ate it with corn bread & tortilla chips. Later ate yogurt & then dark chocolate. A few hours later ate a few crackers.
