I make voodoo dolls of annoying people and set them ablaze. (jokes)

Actually I'm writing a book about it.

I'm not great at dealing with anxiety. I do find CBD oil takes the edge off when I'm extremely anxious. I generally operate on a moderate level of anxiety, procrastinating and putting things off until they can no longer be avoided.

I don't often experience true, can't get out of bed, just want to die, depression - although I have been there once or twice. When I'm low I can usually run or swim myself to a better place - exercise helps me enormously. It's also become a trigger for me to analyse what I'm eating. I've spent quite a lot of time paying attention to how I feel after different foods - I strongly believe that a lot of mood disorders could be at least somewhat improved by diet and I wish doctors would pay more attention to this stuff. Wheat, sugar and caffeine - if I get into a habit of eating them regularly, I'll start getting morose after a few days and that can stagnate into something deeper, close to depression.

Do you find it easy or hard to forgive people?

This.

I'll forgive but I'll never forget.

What shall I bake for you today?

I'm actually baking one for Christmas Day, but I don't have apples yet.

Today is stuff like shortbread and sugar cookies.

I might do peanut butter biscuits too.

Your choice?

Yes. AKA "samefoods" :)
I have a specific brand of chicken nuggets that I eat at the same time every afternoon. I have them with tamari sauce, GF/DF ranch dressing, and a slice of dill pickle.

Do you ever feel like you have lost (or are losing) your sanity?

Definitely 'losing', not yet lost. There's a sense of a threshold approaching, or a void, when I get majorly stressed. It's quite scary because it feels like a one-way deal. Once you cross it that's it, you're gone. No coming back. When I feel it I remove myself, go to ground, as little sensory stimulation as possible.

I'd like to hear others' experiences of it so same q.

Once in a while. One time I had a panic attack thingy so bad I really did feel like I had lost my mind.

Is there anything you like to collect?

No, not really. Unless you count things downloaded off piratebay.
I 'm minimalist utilitarian kind of person and i find shopping more annoying than enjoyable.
I also haven't really collected anything since adolescent. Back then, it was comic books, video games , dvds, cds, stuff like that.

same q
