That's exactly the rut I'm in lately always.

The sad thing is my ADHD Is treated but it doesn't make any difference.

My doctor prescribed a dosage increase on my stimulant but I haven't received the meds yet.

If it happens to work a miracle I'll let you know, but I have a feeling it won't make a difference other than adding to my insomnia. It's already hard to sleep even with prescription sedatives every night.

I'm going to practice having low expectations of people. That way, I can get rid of my anxiety.

^^ Different meds can increase of decrease individual Executive Functions. But "too high" and "too low" is still not "working fine". And cranking up the volume on one EF but down on another is perfectly possible when you take a pill.

to help me out' this situation
