I have no idea. I start all of my conversations exactly like this and it usually goes pretty well. :chin:

Two Tylenol and two Advil - then I can sleep.
But I REALLY need to cut down on my caffeine the next day.
The doc gave me a script for Remeron (Mirtazapine) to take as needed but it takes about 48 hours to wear off and I am about to snooze for all the next day - which isn't really good for work.
Sometimes I really need that caffeine to get my job done. But it is TOTALLY not sustainable.
Caffeine doesn't touch the Mirtazapine dozzies - but sugar does.
