I'm not looking forward to the last three months at my job. One of my favourite coworkers is leaving and I'm going to be stuck with my tyrant supervisor and my boss. At least one of my other 2 favourite coworkers will still be at the company.

My dad's friends from France are all here as well as my uncle. Somehow, all the social ability I gained towards greeting and entertaining guests has taken a vacation. Its the middle of summer, and I know I shouldn't let a language barrier keep me from being able to talk. But now, I'm using the piano as a barrier to keep myself from talking. All the social ability I thought I had just went away in a few seconds.

I found an automotive shortwave radio receiver in the junkyard today. When I got it home, I hooked up a speaker and touched the power and ground wires to my car's battery. It made a rhythmic thumping noise and promptly started smoking... :( That's $15 I'll never see again...

Have to go out earlier than I expected. Dislike unexpected things like that, but I'll be fine, just a bit annoyed!

my intro to the criminal justice system class is so bad like god it is so BAD. the class content today was really right wing and the teacher, well, she was invovled in a joint effort with the police and centrelink and immigration that targeted taxi drivers and checked to see if they were "illegal" or if they had visas that did not allow them to work or to see if they were recieving benifits they were not entitled to. she is classist and racist and dear jesus christ she is pro cop. i am going to fail this course so bad. hahaha.

I hate how chavs get Staffordshire Bull Terriers to make them look tough, then they turn them over to the animal shelters because they decide they don't want the responsibility. There are countless of these dogs in shelters, many of them are killed every day because irresponsible people won't spay or neuter their dogs.
I also feel sad at how some think that these dogs are dangerous, they are not, they're one of the most loving breeds of dog on the planet.

Ours are worse , we have the English rednecks aka the Bogan* , Sometimes I think to myself Darwin came here and he said "I was wrong"

The other day I was reminded how horrid humans really can be after the 7.30 Report the other night (a current affair show) aired footage of the bogans doing what they do best (cruelty) ["pig dogging" , hey lets make it a fun day out with the kids

I think Donald Horne nailed it with the "Lucky Counrty" the amusing thing in the minds of many particulary the bogan it's seen as congratulatory, yet it was said in a cautionary tone and I think his right how long can Australia remain wealthy when it's economy is nothing more than a high rise overlooking a quarry)

Not to worry I can allways go back to Switzerland (the unlucky country)

Well, after spending an hour making individual pizzas for my family in our toaster oven (because our regular oven is broken), I dropped my burning hot pizza on my foot. Then, I got a cookie which was also scalding hot and apparently not cooked well, because when I dropped THAT one on my foot, it exploded and stuck like napalm to my bare foot. I guess I just need to start wearing rain boots everywhere I go.

Well, I guess I wasn't too upset about it, but I tried to wash my cat because he's infested with fleas. He jumped out of the sink while I was scrubbing him, and my attempt to chase him led to me slipping on our hardwood floors and getting a rug burn on my knee that's still visible.

That and my left collarbone hurts. :/
