I would use you internet connection, what's left of it, to look at what you should do in such a situation.

I'm sure there's some tips. I don't know where you live, sounded like Australia or new Zealand.

They've talked to emergency services but there's no safe access by road or helicopter.

Wifi's cutting out but they have water and other supplies.
