I try to exercise at least once a week, about 2 hours. Used to do 10 per week, but not physically able anymore. Almost never check nutrition labels.

my system won't tolerate the alky, much to my chagrin. but it saved me from permanent homelessness, no doubt. 'cause if i could be permanently blotto, i would.

no but i wish i had been exposed to it, i lived a sorta squeaky-clean life with no hanging around the hip honchos who did drug. my late sister said i was squeaky-clean. 'til i finally got to try some hash. previous to that the strongest stuff was a soma-comp-codeine horsepill for my back, and nitrous at the dentist's office. i had an OOBE with that stuff.

too many to choose from but the one that stuck in my mind the most was AI-Artificial Intelligence. it made me weep. the whole GD audience wept and sniffled. the flesh faire scene was just too GD intense. i never get tired of watching "It's a Wonderful Life." or "The Wizard of Oz." or "Heavy Metal." or "Smokey & the Bandit." "[Nosso Lar] The Astral City." too many more.
