On my first attempt at a MCAT review book's diagnostic exam, I scored a 12 on the Physical Sciences section! :D

Is it anything like the verbal sections on the SAT?

The Reading section. Then, of course, there is an essay requiring discussion of something specific.

I think I can handle the reading section, then. The essay... I'm not so sure.
I only got an 8 on my SAT essay. :(

On a related note (unison by a trumpet), my English teacher was entertained by my research essay. There are advantages to making school-related papers indistinguishable from leisurely learning papers.

That should be easy for you, then. Critical reading is always the hardest part.

I wonder if it is possible to induce mild dyslexia through self-hypnosis to balance the opposite of dyslexia. :chin:

Apparently, it is possible to induce (temporary, probably placebo) synesthesia with it.

Bah, that would be too lazy and un-challenging. I should be practicing real reading.

Critical reading is a "you-need-to-just-get-the-hang-of-it" kind of thing. Once you do, you'll realize that it's just logic, although very subtle logic.

Incidentally, would the logic be defined as the 100010011101 XOR 110001010111 kind of logic? *pleading expression of begging*
