a fuddrucker's style burger with eggs in the meat along with onions and garlic, seasoned with teriyaki and BBQ marinade, well-done, with grilled onions and garlic and an onion bun and with fried eggs and cheddar cheese in it.

What is your favorite burger?

At the moment, McChicken Sandwich from McDonald's. It used to be their BBQ Grilled Chicken wrap, but ever since the so-called 'pandemic', they've withdrawn this version, and now only offer the awful Crispy Chicken one, for no very good reason that I can discern.

No I don't.

Tea, but I also drink a lot of coffee and numerous alcoholic beverages.

How many cups of coffee do you drink in an average day?

Zero.

I've gone through coffee drinking phases, but only at work. Not in a very long time.

My favorite ice cream is coffee flavored ice cream. But I don't really drink it.

So, if you don't eat cereals for breakfast, what do you eat?

truth be told, i am on "the six hour diet" which means i confine all my daily eating to a 6-hour window of time, generally about 6 hours after a wake up, to sometime in the evening depending on when i wake up that day. sometimes i cheat and stretch that to 8 hours, or perhaps even 12, but most of the time it is 6-8 hours. i do this in order to force my body into ketosis [fat burning] mode. i want to fit into my clothing. that means no breakfast. i eat one main meal per day, usually some variation of brown rice and soup leavened with a bit of cheddar. rest of the time i graze on nuts and cheese, or veggie juice/sugar-free energy drinks outside of the window.
