It's kinda good that I have to go to the range to shoot mah new percussion rifle (anything over a .22LR bothers people), as the amount of gear you need to get it up and running is staggering -- it'll take me a year just to buy all the bits and pieces (and once a year range trip is how I roll).

It's really cold here. It's about 0*C, but it feels much much colder than that.
