Had noticed. Side effects of days leading up to and away from the full moon . Have been using cold medicine to help get passed those days , and of course good vitamin supplements with my meals .
Sorry. Know how difficult those , days can be with barometric weather changes come up too. Have broken bones in the past so it’s not all fun and games when that barometric needle gets to moving .

Just. Thought some cold meds might just make you sleepy beware. Some are NOT designed to make you groggy ,those
