I agree! That is SUCH a great find! But is that the full price of it or jsut a down payment? It still can't cost too much. We of course must forget about the island... I didn't realize it was that small... must pay more attention.

We can just go to Africa with a lot of weapons and carve out self a little piece of land make a heavily armed compound and grow opium and refine it to heroin and sell it to make tons of cash.

Well I was just giving an idea which we could all form a community and at the same time be very profitable at the expense of a lot of risk factors

Yeah we could likely find land even cheaper in South West Texas. trying to survive on that land might be hard though. Might make more sense to buy land closer to civilization.

go to a foreign land with a shaky and unreliable government steel land from the locals make a opium farm bribe the government to leave you alone with in 2 years you will more than ezly get 100 fold of what you put into it on the flip side the risk of being killed is high.

Personally, I don't want to risk getting killed right now. Why don't we wait till we ahve the piece of land and live together, and then we can do something together with high risk of being killed. That will be SO much more fun cuz we'll have moral support.

i dint say my idea was the best idea in the world but if were all gun ho crazy that care little for our lives looking to make a hole lot of money on the long run than that a good idea

I'm interested in this intentional community. Don't have much money... but do have many tools for repairing/manufacturing needed equipment for use or manufacturing objects to sell for income.

Very technically minded and interested in "green energy" concepts.
