You'd cure cancer by accident, would you?

No one has managed to cure it deliberately, and they've been trying for years. For all the people suffering slow painful deaths in cancer wards right now, this statement is horrendously offensive. Chances are, someone in your life has been touched by cancer. Very uncool to joke about curing cancer, especially if you're smart enough to know better.

But it's impossible to live through the digestive process!

If the Sarlacc just swallows you whole without chewing, you'd suffocate on your way to its digestive organ. There, gastric juices would dissolve every layer of tissue in your body. By the time your liquidated remains reach the intestinal tract, your suffering is long over.

Being perfectly healthy but knowing that over the century you are slowly dying anyways!! Man that one always gets me.

Being perfectly healthy? Hey, if you haven't got your health you haven't got anything. What more can you ask of life other than good health and longevity? Life is the leading cause of death, you know. Life & death are bound up in each other and cannot be seperated.
