indeed nothing painful.. they are just playing with a blood pressure cuff around their friends neck, and of course are stupid and go too tight and cut off his breathing... i of course want to wrap one around my neck but i wouldnt make it tight enough to stop breathing or circulation, just tight enough to feel like a nice tight warm neck hug

I sure do. I had a gym appointment today, and I was in a rush so I couldn't get my blood pressure taken! 
I felt tempted to ask for it!
