I don't know whether to laugh or cry at that one.
Or go hide in my room and read old science fiction from the 40s and 50s and 60s - which somehow these days just doesn't seem as escapist as it used to.
I have a secret hope that Elon Musk and the "post scarcity" thing really happens - and a sinking feeling it won't in time before we degrade into anarchy and mass starvation. But with space based solar (from Bezos) and terraformed Mars (from Elon) it really could. Unless they are both destroyed in a nuclear war. Or an anarchist famine-fueled uprising. Of course the Chinese colony on the dark side of the moon might survive.

Jesus coming back seems more likely than Musk and Bezos making positive contributions to humanity.
And I'm not a Christian.
