Carbs are crack...before losing my job my diet was healthy, long-term unemployment meant lots of cheap carbs and general junk and in turn I ended-up craving carbs like crazy and developed a major sweet tooth. I've been significantly reducing carbs over the last few weeks, my need to eat constantly and sweet cravings has reduced dramatically, but I keep trying to bargain with myself to try to find a way of eating carbs, all the way home from the supermarket arguing out ways to allow myself to eat x high-carb item...it feels exactly like when I was a smoker.

I hope I wasn't dreaming when I saw that car today. I did a double take in my rear view mirror when I saw it too and it was there. It was a red & white 2011 model.
