They messed up the last few times we used them too and their customer service has become too automated.

Why are DVD cases getting worse? It's astounding how often I find myself struggling to get the disc out.

I canceled an order seconds after placing it when I realized I screwed up and got the wrong item. They sent an e-mail within minutes, telling me that the book I ordered along with the other item was cancelled, but the first item couldn't be canceled. Why not? No answer. Right now it's still listed as "attempting to cancel," 24 hours later. What BS.

*sigh* My kid is driving me crazy. So hyper and bouncy and too loud. It's making me anxious and short tempered. I finally have him on my bed with netflix where he is acting calmer. I'm starting to understand now why some parents scream at their kids all the time and can never seem to talk to them in a normal tone of voice. Some are just more hyper than others and have more energy than others the mother gets overwhelmed and yells. I would say they need a long break from their kids and lot of parents don't have that luxury because you can't just take your kid to your in laws or your parents or someone and ask them to have your kids for a while until you are ready to be a parent again. At least I have him on the bed and is staying put so I can have a break from him.

My cat has taken to playing with my [drinking] glasses, purposefully knocking them over...it's like some childish petty act in revenge for not keeping his food dish constantly overflowing...

I know what you mean. There is a certain case that where you place the DVD is shaped like a pocket. I don't use those out of fear of scratching the disc while getting it out.

Have you seen the other two? I have all three on Blu-ray.
