Time for a reboot, especially with diet and exercise. I need to handle work stress better instead of spinning out all the time. Today is a good day to start fresh. :sunny:

if you start off when you yourself are "off", then i do not imagine you would get very far,
so i am back to my original predicament which i can just pack up and put back in the cupboard because i am tired of scrutinizing it.
