I'm a light sleeper and can only sleep if it's really quiet, also have a bad back at the moment so altogether not very conducive to any decent sleep.

Oh i see, i'm not much of a good sleeper myself, i haven't had a decent night without nightmares and reliving trauma's for the past 3 years, so i really understand :o What happened to your back if i may ask? Goodmorning by the way!
