No, I don't intend to. Riding an animal sounds terrifying.

What thickness of sock or socks do you wear?

Usually thin business socks. Sometimes in winter I'll pull out my extra thick woollen ones if it's cold enough, it's usually not.

What was a positive thing that happened to you last year?

Meeting my partner.

If you could be a shoe, what shoe would you be and why?

I'd be a trainer/sneaker so that I could easily get to places without my shoes weighing me down.

When did you start using a touch-screen mobile phone?

Mid to late 00’s I think.

Have you ever completed an assault course? By that I mean an obstacle course.

Touch screen maybe five or six years ago.
Around 2017 or 18 ish.

I did an assault course where I had to jump over fire.
It was fun.
Story of my life.

What OTC meds do you keep?

Ventolin, paracetamol, ibuprofen.

How would you describe the town you were born in?

A deprived, impoverished dump of an area.

Same question.

Me when I'm happy and me when I'm pissed off are two different things.

I was born in Melbourne, but I don’t remember living there, so I can’t really say much. I think it’s a very metropolitan city, with its good and bad areas.

Does your voice change pitch according to how anxious you are on that particular day?

When I am anxious, my voice can become more shaky. I can also be more abrupt when answering a person verbally, since I wish to hurry a conversation, sometimes, whilst anxious.

Have you ever taken medication specifically for anxiety?

I've taken Propranolol, which seemed to have no effect whatsoever.

Do you have good muscle tone/definition?

I have PTSD which is an anxiety disorder.

I've taken -

Zoloft
Buspirone
Mirtazapine
Lorazepam
Clonazepam
Propranolol (Beta Blocker)
Risperidone
Prazosin (Minipress)
Trintellix
Guanfacine

Maybe more?

Nothing really works. It is what it is.
Guanfacine seems to help most but it's off-label.
It's made for ADHD specifically in autistics.
