lol I love it.

Also the "I'm sooo healthy because I'm vegan, meaning I eat stuff with sugar in it instead of protein."

(Not shaming all vegans, just the ones who don't make sense.)

I don't do any spending so there's nothing to track.

Do you floss daily?

I cannot floss.
Ever.
I would vomit if I tried.

What have you put off or avoided today?

I collected some stuff from my kitchen to donate to the op shop.
My plan was to do the whole house.
It took me two hours just to do the kitchen, so now I'm eating sorbet.
The rest can wait.

Food, unfortunately. I wish it weren't so. It doesn't, really, but for a brief moment it does.

Without wishing to get too bleak, is there any real comfort? Isn't it just a temporary denial? None of the problems go away, they're just pushed into the background for a while.

Is there something that is guaranteed to make you laugh?

As of recent, You-Tube videos of Donald Trump doing "covers" of popular pieces of music.

Same question.

Black comedy usually amuses me.

Can you play guitar?

Almost! I've had a guitar or two around for about 25 years and I play most days but I remain woeful at it. I don't seem to have any rhythmic ability so strumming is the hardest thing for me. I'm marginally better at fingerstyle guitar. I only ever seem to learn bits of songs, i can't play anything from beginning to end and I've never been able to achieve playing and singing at the same time. I love music and it's always frustrated me that I don't seem to be able to understand it enough to play it.

What skill do you wish that you had?

Writing PM in a timely fashion.

Have you ever been one day away from retirement after a career from hell?

No.

I am nowhere near retirement age.

A lot of the work I have done in the past has seemed hellish.

Have you ever broken a bone?

Never broken a bone. Which is insane considering how many times I've fallen off horses and skateboards.

I can't imagine ever being able to retire, let alone imminently. I've never earned enough to pay into a pension. I imagine I'll be working until i drop.

What's the best job you've ever had?

My current one?

If you ever had blurry or double vision, how long did it last and what did you do about it?

I've had Diplopia since my first stroke almost a decade ago.
It caused something called Sixth Nerve Palsy.
I went to Vestibular Rehab where they did visual retraining.
I had to wear an eye patch with a pin hole.
It helped redirect my eye from wandering off to the side.
Then I was prescribed prism lenses.
They're very thick (about 1/4" glass) and they have these lines:

They considered doing surgery to fix my eye muscles but I said no.
I was restricted from driving for four years.

Eventually it got better but I still see double and need expensive glasses.
I don't need prism glasses now though.

As for blurriness, I've had that for years.
I have regular eye exams and I wear glasses 24/7.
I also take Lutein supplements.
