I'm going to Miss Maud for afternoon tea (as many slices of cakes and cups of coffee and tea as you like for $8.95) with a "friend" this afternoon. I'm looking forward to it.

I'm skipping my lunch today so that I'll be very hungry this afternoon when I'll be having a lot of cakes and coffee.

Sheeeeeshh.....the girls on "Girl Code" sure hate everything cool about decorating. Painting a room pink and having dolphin stickers on your toilet sounds great to me. :D

(I don't watch Girl Code; my roommate has it on right now.)

Is it just me or are the girls offering advice on MTV's "Girl Code" just not very nice? I'm sorry, but why anyone would take advice from them is beyond me.

"Because an incorrect answer was inadvertently accepted, part of the Speed Round was replayed and the program edited."

i want to try skydiving, but i want to test the parachute i must buy whilst i am still on the ground.

when you deploy a parachute while you are on the ground, nothing happens except for the parachute becoming less tightly tied up.

how does one test drive a parachute while on the ground?

So last year, I had a week off in October, but my online friend did nto have their week off till the next week, which was VERY inconvenient to me. So I asked them about it this year to make sure and prepare for it, and it turns out it's going to be repeated, so MORE inconveneicen for me, especially since my college is at all different times. This is why I am a pessimist - I always assume the worst so then there are no nasty suprises, even if there is dismay. Now could someone tell me it's not the end of the world, please?

B9, I used to help my partner (pilot of various flying machines) safety check his parachute on the ground. It required a large, clean smooth space; we asked at the local school and were able to use the gymnasium on a quiet weekend. Then he'd re-pack it.

Daniel Brühl: Smudge, I'll have you.

Smudge: Alright then, let's go.
