I bought an electric hair trimmer. I really couldn't understand its user's manual. I eventually called the customer service center to ask a few questions. As we talked, it turned out that the user's manual was giving rubbish information. So it wasn't my fault. I thought such things were made more carefully than that. How could they not check the content of the user's manual before releasing it?

If someone hurts me by not doing or saying anything and because they care more about somehting else than they do about me and my needs, then i will hurt them back by doing hte same. I doubt it'll work, but I hope it shows them.
