My brother-in-law, who is a butcher by trade, recently loped off the end of his finger at work. He received no payment at all for this piece of meat, while his employer fetches a good price for the beef that he butchers. So that means that, pound for pound, cow is far more valuable than human.

It's below 10 here! 8O At least the wind stopped. It was windy all day yesterday and that made it feel even colder!
