reading this amused me today:

Quote:
Lodged Thursday by Mary Fee, a Scottish Labour Party member representing West Scotland, the motion states: “That the Parliament welcomes the news that the Marvel comic, X-Men, will feature its first same-sex marriage, which will feature Northstar, believed to be the first openly gay comic superhero; understands that, in 1992, Marvel was the first comic publisher to reveal a gay superhero; notes that Northstar is not the first gay character to have had a same-sex marriage in the comic book world, and agrees that same-sex marriage should not be restricted to the world of literature and fantasy.” It’s supported by eight other Members of the Scottish Parliament.

thank you comics for making politicians realise queers should get equal rights? imagining politicians reading comics is funny.

I have ordered a "3" internet dongle so I can internet in other places (like on holiday or on the train to rabbit's) and also to use at home when AOL is being s**t.
I'm going to twycross zoo on my own tomorrow to go ape watching, so I've booked the train and zoo entrance ticket just. :D I'll just need to remember to sneak daddy's camera! That'll be a task and a half.

I got around to coconuting my hair, so it's back to normal now rather than being frizzy and dried out.

Also, Festa Junina is coming up this weekend and I'm really looking forward to it!

If I don't here from you in the next couple of days

Lentils at the indian grocer cost $3 a kg , after being cooked it works out at less than $1.50 a kg.

Sorry if I state the obvious.
