For once in my life, I am actually shipping some pairings that aren't crossovers. Current favorites? Toxicbolt (Lt. Surge x Koga, Pokemon), Windy (Willow x Wendy, Don't Starve), and DJ P0N3 x Octavia and Lyra x Bon Bon (MLP:FiM). I like reading fanfics of these couples. Too bad nobody's written any Windy yet, as far as I know...

I wonder what todays drama will be.

Did some expansion testing on a quiet .22LR round from a rifle today (water bottles are pretty good for this).

Somewhat surprised that the very narrow looking hollow point of the Highland "super quiet" LR round expanded after passing through a small bottle. Surprised based on how slow the round is comparatively and how narrow the tip is.

Terminal effects would be much better than many of the other quiet LR rounds that utilize a basic lead round nose projectile that doesn't expand (the best it can do is tumble after hitting something).

Watching the video I took, you can barely hear the shot from 25 meters away; the "thunk" of the impact drowns it out (not to mention that it only sounded like a cap gun from the shooter's position).

I wish my N64 was working so I could play Perfect Dark again. I have no idea why I'm having this random nostalgic desire.

Now watching playthrough of first mission on youtube. I loved when I gained the infinite weapons cheat and I blasted everyone with two double barrel shotguns (and I know it's real world impossible to shoot and reload two at once). Made a rate bloody mess. To hell with that pissy little automatic!

I will probably rewatch the episode of Pokemon that has Koga (the guy in my avatar) in it. He's, like, the hottest hottie who ever hottie'd.
