Lentils at the indian grocer cost $3 a kg , after being cooked it works out at less than $1.50 a kg.

my guts are made of iron so its ok . youthgroup also gave me lentils- not expired.I'm the same years of eating dodgie suburban chip shop sandwichs I find is quite a immune strengthener
That and having birds go into to your mouth and eat the unmentionables will do that to
,I shouldn't do that i don't want to pass on a disease on to them . But it's so funny and they like it , 
oddly enough only the males do it, females will happily take food from the mouth but they wont go in their and preform dentistry,
I call my male bird "the dentist"

a lady from israel-palestine came to talk to us today. she is an israeli jew who is a member of a group called anarchists against the wall back in occupied palestine. she was fabulous to listen to. i went to class and pretended i was sick just so i could leave and see her.

I'm alive.
I did something very stupid yesterday. I bought 4 energy drinks at 7-Eleven and drank them all within a 12 hour period as a form of self medicating. I was pretty sure that I was going to die of a stroke or a heart attack in my sleep because of it. I've made it through and I'm alive.
No more energy drinks. I'll see each can as both poison and as $3.50 taken away from money that can go towards my Kinks fund.

Oops.
I used to do that with coffee. (Not good when you tend to be anxious in the first place!) I've also learned to treat myself better, though.
