I don't know whether to stay awake or go back asleep. It is really early and I just know that by the time I have to go out I'll be really tired, but at the moment I'm wide awake.

I wonder if a cigarette will help me sleep?

A cup of tea and a ginger nut would.

The birds a singing too. :)

cool breezy and over cast / rainy my kind of weather :D many anxiety sufferers prefer this weather funny depression folks prefer warmth and sunlight that seems really strange to me, perhaps I should move to the uk :wink:

I love really cold frosty mornings. It's been a bit mild just lately, but we have had a lot of rain.
