I participated in a West End Star Wars campaign briefly; it was a long running campaign that I jumped into, and all of my stuff was borrowed. I recall I had a Trandoshan bounty hunter, and spent a lot of time obsessing about upgrading my ship, a small freighter. (Hmm, Icarus seems to have a penchant for super-vehicles). Unfortunately, at that phase in my life, my knowledge of the Star Wars universe was rather minimal; these days, as I've read some of the novels and played some good RPGs like the KotOR series, I would probably be much more into it.

Eh, I hate playing with borrowed characters...

You think that was bad... I started playing the RPG before I'd seen any of the movies!

What kind of depraved Childhood did I have... I didn't see Star Wars until I was 13!

Er and I guess that's a confession too...

I won't spam up this thread!

Your custom title... :?:

Stolen from the FAQ thread...

That will get you to:

(which you can bookmark, or may already have bookmarked.)

Lo and behold, there's a new line for "Custom Rank" (max 50 characters) - make it what you will.

Now, you may not have this problem, but personally, I've been going in for long signatures.
On this form, the signature is limited to 150 characters, whereas the other form lets you put in 255. When uploading a new avatar or changing rank, this always bugs me. I have to chop my sig out, update avatar/rank, go back the the other form and change my sig back to what I want.

I confess, no one here has a clue what my custom title means...

Oh, and the original Gamma World boxed set (the pride of my collection, even though the box is kinda crushed and water damaged).

Gamma World... :o

My Grandpa, who is in no way a gamer... picked up this game for us (us being uncle/cousins/self)... used at Goodwill.

It was in good condition, we played it a couple of times. It's probably lost and/or destroyed... is this game rare and a collectible now?

I confess, I've played wargames using Lego... we invented a battle game and a road combat game.

And a ghetto Hero Quest...

I confess. I am sometimes so lazy, I use the remote control for my air conditioner.

Well what do you want? I am not far from 50 y.o.

I confess I should stop keeping junk under my bed

I cleared it out today and there is nothing left under there, and I want it to stay that way

I confess to Almighty Aspie that I used to have a crush on Nicole Kidman but now that she Botoxed the hell out of herself, I now have a crush on Cate Blanchett & Naomi Watts.

I confess that if I look up into the bright daytime sky as a backdrop and set my eyes for focus on infinity, I can perceive two levels of distinct image coming from inside my eyeballs/head. One of these levels is clearly the vicious fluid inside of my eye; I can see things floating in it; strange little things that look like hairs; chains of little round things. I can focus on them quite clearly, but if I move my eye to try to get a good look at any of them, they slosh around and it just makes things worse; but I can get a good look at whatever happens to float directly into my field of vision; it is not unlike looking through a microscope.

The other layer I can see... I'm not sure what it is. Its like little squirming swirls of energy that appear, flit around, for a moment, and disappear. I can never get a good, direct look at any of them, but if I relax and just perceive that level, I can see a curtain of these little things moving about in apparent chaos. I might suppose what they are, what I'm seeing, but it would be largely conjecture.

Good fortune,

- Icarus Sees Things (part 1)

I confess I've been hallucinating a lot over the past two days (auditory, not visual), and I'm quite glad the rest of my family is home again, as now I can wear my headphones and drown it out (for awhile, anyway).

Raphael is cool but crude!

(Or was it "cool but rude"?)

I confess Raphael was my favorite TMNT. I have a bunch of his toys. I remember buying the original comic and that it was more serious and graphic, but then they marketed it and made the cartoon, which was entertaining, but silly. When the toys hit the shelves, I was working at a Rose's department store and the guy from toys called me over to check them out. He thought I was a looser for knowing who they were from the original comic. That was HS and I got made fun of a lot at that job by the cool kids, who would steal from the store and smoke outside on breaks. They were losers.
