I just ate the last of the self-made vegetable soup (based on a chicken broth) and a piece of French baguette with it. Yummah.

Um, can I say here.... I changed my diet almost two years ago.... piecemeal but quite drastically.... and it makes a world of difference.... I tell ya. Dug into minerals/metals in food and increased my iron, zinc and magnesium (via food) intake, came more aware of the bad ones (some unavoidable it seems). More fruits and vegetables and way less easy foods like fast food and snacks.

Also decreased my gluten intake with ¾, of 1 before (still here and there (¼), for it's quite difficult to ex all).... Lots more of water, tea, juices, soup.... less coffee and no more beer, bad 'fats', 'dark' bread, a/o rice. Plus I found out I'm quite allergic (personal thing, I think) to peanuts and bellied peppers (paprika, we say). Never ever those in my food any more.

I have little doubt Hippocrates was right with an adage of him, saying; 'Let food be thy medicine
and medicine be thy food'.

Anyway....
