I'm 18 and I have a babysitter, lovely. More to keep me from killing my sister's, but a babysitter all the same. Seriously, life sucks, people suck and today needs to just end before it can get any worse.

Oh, that stinks then. Have you done R.I.C.E. ?

Haha, irony. Where does it hurt at, the ball, the heel, the arch, or the toes?

I have flat feet! In fact, my running shoes are stability and my feet STILL pronate in them. But I know how to take care of them so the running isn't too hard on them. Dancing hurts, I agree....mostly because it's hard to predict where your feet will land and such.

What's R.I.C.E.?

The resting is just for your foot, there are many things you can do while your foot is resting.
Haha, then put your foot in ice-water, I guarantee that is NOT boring.
Also, put a wrap around your foot so you can still walk while it is being compressed.
Just elevate your foot above your heart while you are already sitting down.

Don't feel bad, Chrissy. When I was your age, my parents always made sure that my older sister "babysat" me while she and dad were away at work. As you get a little bit older and they see you progress in your knowledge of self-care skills, I'm sure they will let you start staying home by yourself. Never give up hope. :)

Thanks! You are so kind! My older brother is in Paraguay atm. I'm the older sister, I should be babysitting the. I'm pretty sure the only more humiliating thing that could have happened is if they put my sisters in charge of me. 8O All heck would break loose. Oh, I'm perfectly fine taking care of myself, they leave me home alone ALL the time. I just can't control myself when my sister's are around...apparently. Well, I guess I shouldn't, thanks for replying. :)

You're welcome. I know how it feels to want to lash out at sisters... One of my sisters is really nice to me, but the other one and I do not get along well at all and I have difficulty controlling my anger around her at times (I've slapped her and said horrible things to her before).

Ok. :) Well, I am normal with one of my sisters...but the other REALLY gets on my nerves. She is so much alike me, it is scary. But it's unfair, because she stole all my talents and is an NT and blonde....so basically stealing all my success and adding onto it and leaving me in the dust. :x Then she acts like she's better than me. I have punched my sisters before, but nothing too bad (comparably to the world, to them, I might as well have broken their bones. :? )
