I've been noticing white hairs in my facial hair and even a couple on my hands. Not just white, but totally devoid of pigment like an albino. Not that I'm surprised, since my dad and grandpa went grey early.

That's charitable at age 30, methinks. I have the misfortune of being the only male among my cousins to be losing the hair on the top of my skull from age 25 onward. The ONLY one! And I'm the youngest, too. I always had a proud mane of raven curls! Won't be able to manage to grow that out anymore! So now, I've returned to being bald, just shaving everything off weekly.

Might go fishing tomorrow. See how busy it is first (the hole is exactly 3 minutes away by car... . The journey perilous!).

Hopefully, I might catch a catfish that doesn't meow (heh, bad joke), or perhaps one of those duck fish (another. But hey, if it's submerged, it's fair game!).

At least you have hair. :P

My beautiful mane has fallen to testosterone. But then again, it's not like I ever grew it anyway other than once for a few years.

I had a rest day on Thursday. Yesterday, I took it easy in the morning and slept quite a bit, then I got some things done in the afternoon, didn't drink at night, and went to bed early. Today, I feel a lot better.

How long will it take me to learn NOT to go into a UK branch of McDonald's on Saturday afternoon?

The queues, the screaming kids, the movement, the sheer numbers............... aaaaaaarrrrgghh!

Their coffee isn't bad, though.

Their Grilled Chicken Salad Deli is worth a try, IMHO.

The "salad" element might even count towards your Five A Day!

Lately I can't remember dreams well. There's fragments from last night... mostly about playing an unfamiliar Zelda game with a friend. It was pretty cool. Like Zelda mixed with Starfox. You could open up different space quadrants or whatever you'd call it. It happened for us when talking to one of the heavy equipped intimidating dudes.

Someone said that McDonald's have the magical power to turn even vegetables into junk. How could that be!? I think veggies are good even when served by the biggest junk provider of the world.

^ From what I hear salad can be the most dangerous thing to eat since they just give other peoples left over salad. So in a way eating vegetables at any fast food joint could be much less healthier than you think.

And you know those throwaway cups people drink from. A lot of the time after its used they don't throw it away, they just let other people use it. And never be the first customer either since they just give you the left over stuff of the previous day. Its far safer to eat at home, I think.

And this applies to all fast food joints.
