After quitting a camp counsellor job a few days ago due to frustration and a meltdown, the camp director insists I think about returning, and that perhaps I think about some accommodations they could make for me to allow me to stay.

Not only have I realized that this means they *really* want me to be there, but I have just run into the most supportive workplace ever!
I made a list of potential accommodations and am excited to pitch them to the director tomorrow. :)

Special thanks to my bestest and most supportive friend ever, J. who wrote me a letter about how I should pursue this and that I just have to believe in myself. I have a lot to offer this organization, and I won't sell myself short. :)

This misdiagnosis caused me significant stress, which lessened upon finding out the truth about myself from my current and past long-term therapists - that I am an anxious and highly sensitive person but do not have an autism spectrum disorder.

My diagnoses - social anxiety disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder.

I’m no longer involved with the ASD world.

My brother hugged me and told me he loved me, which he never does. It was a wonderful surprise! :D

I got an invoice in the mail from TAFE, which is funny because I didn't actually complete the online enrolment, I was just farting around. Oh well, I'll pay it. Looks like I'm doing an RSA course on the 30th. No more umming and ahhing about it, TAFE decided for me :P

i got $10 for my herb garden fund, i went to rockdale community nursery(former work place) partly because i wanted to see if they had what i wanted(they didn't) and because i wanted to see if the boys were still there and that they were ok but i didnt say hi, played on the swings(nothing more embarrassing than a 20 year old screaming WEEEEEEEE!! !! whilst flying through the air).
after i went to a stall outside of coles supermarket to raise funds/gain signitures in support of striking toll-coles workers in melbourne. we raised $275.XX for them which is good because they havent been payed in days and we put the managers of coles on the defensive- they printed off their own leaflet full of wrong propaganda and anti-working class crap. it was funny. and one of my comrades who was f****d over by her potential landlord has found an alternate place to live and the people there are nice. im glad for her.

I was finally able to tell my boyfriend something that had been weighing on my heart and my mind for such a long time, and he reacted so lovingly & sweetly that I cried in relief. It made me love him even more.
